KPFA Press Conference
Friday 9 am, July 30, 1999 

 After the sudden news that the Pacifica Board was going to turn the keys over to KPFA Staff on Friday, a Press Conference at 9:00 am in front of KPFA. These photos were taken between 8:45 and 10 am. The keys never arrived. A number of people spoke - they are shown in photos below.  It was learned that there was too much damage and broken glass inside the station - the doors would not be opened.
