This rail fence used 4 strips instead of 3. This was made for my daughter Deanne for Christmas 2000. It is 120" x 120" It really was quite lovely and very festive just by virtue of the colors.

Ria Turner's Rail Fence with 4 bars
My rail fence is one of my very first quilts. It is a little different as I used four strips and named it basket weave. It won a blue ribbon at the county fair.
