Carolyn Dilday's Quilt - Mission Viejo, CA
This is a rail fence variation I made last year for my 4 year old Grand-daughter, Hannah. My "Meandering Fences" is made up of 3" blocks in 6 different colors of 30s reproduction fabrics. It was easy to piece and turned out to be a very cheerful quilt. Hannah watched me, fascinated, as I machine quilted it for her, and she learned all about the word "meander". What a priceless memory that 4yo gave me in exchange for this quilt!
