Mini Mochi

Mitered Eyelet Shawl

Originally designed by Gail Tanquary in Mochi Plus.
Mini Mochi version knit by Angie Kachelmeier

Description:  This shawlette features mitered diamonds with eyelet accents.  Stitches are picked up as you work subsequent motifs.  The slow-striping quality of Mini Mochi looks amazing in this pattern.  See the larger version in Mochi Plus here.

Please Note:  Mini Mochi has long bands of color, so pay attention to color when adding motifs.  If it looks like the next motif will be mostly the same color as the previous, start in another position on the row to insure even color distribution.
