After working row 15 for the last time continue center panel pattern and work edge panels in St st instead of the garter rib for 18 rows more.

Neck Shaping:
BO 11 center sts. Working each shoulder separately from this point and continuing center panel sts in pattern
BO 2 sts at neck edge every other row twice
BO 1 st at neck edge every other row 4 times
Work 2 rows in St st
BO all sts

Repeat for other side.

Back:
CO 49 (65, 77, 89) sts
Work in St st until piece measures 17”
Armhole Shaping:
BO 3 sts at beg of next 2 rows once
BO 2 sts at beg of next 2 rows twice
BO 1 st at beg of next 2 rows 3 times
Knit 4 rows in St st
BO 1 st at beg of next 2 rows once
Back Neck Hole Shaping:
Continue in St st until piece measures 25” from CO edge
BO center 32 sts. From this point on work each shoulder separately
BO 2 sts at neck edge every other row once
Knit 2 row in St st
BO all sts

Sleeves:
CO 38 sts. Knit 6 rows in St st
Inc 1 st at each side once
Inc 1 st at each side every 8th row 5 times
Inc 1 st at each side every 6th row 5 times
Inc 1 st at each side every 4th row 4 times
Continue in St st until sleeve measures 18.5”(19”, 19”, 19”) from CO edge
Shape Sleeve Cap:
BO 3 sts at the beginning of next 2 rows
BO 2 sts at the beginning of next 2 rows 7 times
BO 3 sts at the beginning of next 2 rows twice
BO rem sts

Finishing:
Sew up seams at shoulders and sides. Set in sleeves and sew up sleeve seams.
PU 37 sts around front of neck hole and 31 sts along back of neck and work in the round
Row 1: K1,P1 all the way around
Row 2: Knit
Repeat rows 1&2 for twenty rows total
BO all stitches
