Join 2nd ball of Mochi Plus by overlapping ends for at least 6-8 sts.
Work K2, P2 rib to marker.
At marker, begin working in K1, P1 rib and M1 st between every st from original K2, P2 rib [176 sts]. Cont in K1, P1 rib until approx. half the ball is gone (approx. 2-2.5 inches) and you reach marker.
Convert the K1, P1 rib into K2, P2 rib by M1 st in P after each K and M1 st in K at each P.
Continue for approx. 1.5 inches - or until almost out of yarn and bind off loosely. (Remember this is a long edge to bind off so take care not to run out of bind off yarn.)
Soak the finished cowl in warm water with a little liquid dishwashing detergent, rinse, roll into big towel to remove excess moisture and block flat to try.
