Materials: Crystal Palace Glam - color #2133 (Ebony-and-Silver),
6 - 50g balls
26" CPY Bamboo circular needles US size #11
Gauge: 12 sts = 4" in St stBody:
Cast on 112 st. Join round, being careful not to twist the row of sts. Work K1 P1 rib for 7 rounds.
Change to St st K56, place marker, K54, place marker.
[Note when working on circular needles that St st = knitting all rounds, no purling.]
Dec one st each side of each marker every 4th round 3x (100 st).
Inc one st each side of each marker every 6th round 4x (116 st). Work even for 7 rounds.
Bind off 3 sts at beg of next round, K52, bind off 6 sts, K52, bind off 3 sts, Slip back sts onto separate needle. Work back and front separately for rest of piece.Back Armholes:
Working garter st on first and last 2 sts of each armhole row, dec one st each end of next (RS) row and then every alternate row 5x (40 st). (Work the dec on 3rd and 4th st from row edge so decreases are not made within garter edge.) Work even until armhole measures 7.5" (26 rows). Bind off at neck: Work K1 P1 rib for 7 rows. bind off loosely.Work Front as for Back.
Finishing:
