Easy to knit on 17s
Easy & Fast to Knit Makes a
5 ft+ long scarf with
one ball of Party ribbon yarn and one ball of Little Flowers
Materials:
1-50 gr. ball of
PARTY #406 (Sandstorm) nylon ribbon yarn
and
1-50 gr. ball of Little Flowers
#9463 (Antique)
Size 17 needles CPY Bamboo Needles or CPY DAISY needles
[Note PARTY is a new lustrous ribbon yarn for Spring '05 and
will arrive in Jan '05
Little Flowers is a new novelty knit-along yarn and will arrive in Dec-Jan.]
The entire scarf is knit in garter st (all rows knit).To knit scarf:
Cast on 12 sts with with both yarns held together.
Knit all rows.
When you have used up almost all the Party, cast off loosely.
The little "bell" ends are made by binding tightly with Party
and tying a few rows from the end of the scarf. Then sew up the seam below the
binding to form the little bell-shaped ends.
