Follow instructions for arm opening as for back Neck shaping: Decrease 1 st at neck edge every third row 13 (14, 14, and 14) times. When front matches back BO all sts.

Belt: The belt is worked as an I-cord. With Fizz Stardust and Splash make three 3-st I-cords of varying lengths. Do not bind off but place all sts on one double-pointed needle for a 9 st I-cord. Work belt for 63” or desired length. BO by k2 tog until you run out of sts.
Finishing: Sew shoulders and side seams. Front bands: Using Splash and Fizz Stardust held together, with right side facing pick up sts and knit 1 row then BO purl wise. I usually pick up 2 sts for every 3 rows. (In other words pick-up, pick-up skip.) Sew on collar. Set in sleeves.
