Note that this hat would make an excellent Chemo Cap. Party Ribbon is very soft in a crochet hat.

Materials
Note: If you plan to make the bag, hat and scarf, 2 balls of Blippity provide a sufficient amount of yardage for all three accessories.

2 - 50 gr balls Crystal Palace Party Ribbon, Celery 203
1 - 50 gr ball Crystal Palace Party Ribbon, Kiwi - Mangos 434
1 - 50 gr ball Crystal Palace Blippity, Kiwi- Mangos 434
Crystal Palace Bamboo Crochet Hooks sizes H & I or size needed to obtain gauge
Plastic marker

Gauge using larger hook: 5 dcs = 2 inches

Directions:

Beg at crown, using larger hook and Party, #434 "Kiwi - Mangos", chain 2.
Rnd 1: 8 sc in 2nd ch from hook. Do not join rnds. Place marker on last st of each rnd
Row 2: 2 sc in each st around: 16 sc.
Rnd 3: *1 sc in first st, 2 sc in next st; rep from * around: 24 sc
Rnd 4: *1 sc in each next 2 sts, 2 sc in following st; rep from * around: 24 sc
Rnd 5: *1 sc in each next 3 sts, 2 sc in following st; rep from * around: 32 sc.
Rnd 6: *1 sc in each next 4 sts, 2 sc in following st; rep from * around: 40 sc.
Rnd 7: * 1 sc m each next 5 sts, 2 sc in following st; rep from * around 48 sc.
Rnd 8: *1 sc in each next 6 sts, 2 sc in following st; rep from * around: 56 sc.
Rnd 9: *1 sc in next 2 sts, 2 sc in following st; rep from * around: 64 sc.
Change to #203 Party "Celery"
Rnds 10 - 22: Sc around. At end of Rnd 22, cut Celery, Change to smaller hook.
Rnds 23 - 24: Using smaller hook, holding 2 strands of Blippity, sc around. Change to Celery; join.
Rnd 25: Still using smaller hook, ch 3 (counts as 1 dc), 2 dc in same st as joining, *3 dc in next step, rep from * around. Join to top of beg ch 3 and fasten off.
