Deco-Ribbon Cell Phone Bag #1 - free knit pattern
This is a very easy bag knit in 1/1 ribbing
Yarns used: Deco-Ribbon [See 2 more Deco-Cell Phone bags here]
color #9234 print color, orange crush
Materials: 1 pair 9" Crystal Palace Bamboo Needles size 9
1 ball of Deco-Ribbon
Cast on 22 sts and knit in k1, p1 ribbing for 5 inches or
desired length of bag
knit 3 rows of st st (k1 row, p1 row, k1 row) this forms bottom of bag
Knit 5 inches more in k1, p1 ribbing.
Cast off loosely.
With a large eyed tapestry needle sew the 2 sides of the bag on the inside (note that the purl side of st st on the bottom is the outside of the bag)
I made 2 short handles for this little bag using a size K Crystal Palace Bamboo Crochet hook making a simple chain the length desired and crocheting back the length of the chain. If you prefer, make I-cord handles or simply braid 3 strands of Deco-Ribbon.
Sew handles in place.
