Materials:
Crystal Palace Little Flowers
- 1 ball (50g) #9554 turning leaves and
Crystal Palace Kid Merino -
1 ball (25 g) #4674 lacquer red
Crystal Palace DAISY needles 10" size 15
or CPY Bamboo needles 9" size 15, tapestry
needle
Gauge: In 10 sts/4 inches in Stockinette St.
(although gauge is not crucial)
This cowl can be worn down around the neck, or up over the head. It's long
enough that the back of the neck is covered when over the head.
Instructions
Cast on 40 sts holding both yarns together throughout knitting.
Knit 8 rows in St st (knit side forward)
Knit 8 rows in Rev. St st (purl side forward)
Alternate these 8 rows until you are almost out of Little Flowers. Cast off
loosely. With Kid Merino doubled, sew the cast on and cast off ends together
to form the cowl tube.
