Instructions:
Materials: 2
- 50 gr balls of Cocoon
(A=1-#2157-acid green, B=1-#2159-sun yellow) and 1 50 gr. ball
Glam (C=#2137 green/brass)
and Crystal Palace Bamboo Needles size 13 (I used a 26" circular)
The entire wrap is knit in garter stitch on the bias.
Bias Pattern:
Odd rows: Knit
Even rows: inc 1 st at beg of row, knit to within the last two sts
and K2 tog at end of row
[Tip:
Using a contrasting color yarn, tie a piece of yarn on the edge where
you will inc. Move that tie up closer to your knitting every 6-8 inches.
This will help you keep track of which edge is the Increase edge. Then
you will dec at the end of that row with knit 2 tog.]
Using Cocoon color A, cast on 59 sts loosely. Knit in Garter St
(knit all rows) with Cocoon Color A for 6-8 rows keeping in Bias
Pattern. Change to Cocoon Color B, continue for 6-8 rows, keeping in
Bias Pattern. Change to Glam Color C, knit 6-8 rows keeping in Bias
Pattern. Continue changing from A to B to C. I like to vary the width of
my rows to make the wrap more interesting than plain even bands, but
make them even if you wish.
Continue until you run out of yarn.
Bind off loosely. The Bias Pattern will give you nice points at the ends
of your scarf/wrap.

Glam can be seen at the right edge of photo.
