There are many good color combinations possible with Mikado
Ribbon and Choo-choo. This scarf uses two of the new "fruity" colors
added for Spring '04. This is a scarf you can wear for its decorative look in
spring and summer or indoors in cooler weather.
Materials:
1-50 gr. ball of
Choo-Choo (2745-tropical sun)
1 -50 gr. balls of Mikado Ribbon
(1 ea: 2677 orangeade )
The scarf is knit holding the two yarns together throughout the entire scarf.
1 pair 9" CPY Bamboo Needles, size 11 needles
To knit scarf :
Loosely cast on 15 sts holding Mikado Ribbon & Choo-Choo together. Knit 2 rows.
Row 1: K, wrap once around needle, K, continue to end of row and end st K.
Row 2: K all sts, dropping the wrapped sts between each K st.
Row 3 & 4: K
Repeat these 4 rows until you run out of yarn, ending with 2 K rows.
Cast off loosely.
