Materials:
Yarn: 12 (14, 16, 18) 50 gr balls Crystal Palace CAMEO (80% Wool, 20% Nylon, 77 yards in a 50 gram ball)
Shown in Color#209 Periwinkle
Crystal Palace Bamboo Needles or Daisy Needles: Size 8 and 10 straight or circular needles or correct size to obtain gauge
Cable Needle
Accessories: Stitch holders

Finished Measurements:
Chest circumference: 36” (40”, 44”, 48”)
Length: 24” (25”, 26”, 27”)

Gauge: 4 sts = 1” and 6 rows = 1” in stockinette stitch on size 10 needles

CN: Cable Needle
CO: Cast On

K2tog: Knit 2 together

Directions:
Back:
Using smaller needles, CO 71 (77, 83, 95) sts.
Row 1 (WS): P2, *K1, P2, rept from * to end of row.
Row 2 (RS): K2, *P1, K2, rept from * to end of row.
Rept these two rows until piece measures 2”, ending with a RS row.
Change to larger needles.
Next row: P2, [K1, P2 11 (12, 13, 15) times], M 1, * K1, P2, rept from * to end of row – 72 (78, 84, 96) sts.
Next row (RS): K2, [P1, K2 9(10, 11, 13) times], PM, work 14 sts of Chart A, PM, * K2, P1, rept from * to last 2 sts, end K2.
Next row: P to marker, Work 14 sts from Chart A, P to end of row.
Rept these last two rows until piece measures 15” (16”, 16”, 17”), ending with a WS row.
Shape Armholes: Maintaining pattern as established, BO 4 sts at beg of next 2 rows, then dec 1 st at beg and end of every RS row 4 (4, 6, 8) times – 56 (62, 64, 72) sts. Continue in pattern without shaping until piece measures 24” (25”, 26”, 27”).
Shape Shoulders: K (14, 17, 17, 21) sts and place on holder for right shoulder. BO center 28 (28, 30, 30) sts. Continue in pattern to end of row.
BO 5 (6, 6, 7) sts at beg of next 2 WS rows, then BO remaining 4 (5, 5, 7) sts. Place held sts on needle and reattach yarn at neck edge. Continuing in pattern, BO 5 (6, 6, 7) sts at beg of next 2 RS rows, then BO remaining 4 (5, 5, 7) sts.

Front:
Work as for back until armhole shaping is complete.
Shape Right Front Neck: Work in pattern as established through 7th st of Chart A. Place these sts on a holder for left front. M 1, work in pattern to end of row.
Next row (WS): P to marker, work 8 sts of Chart B.
Next row (decr row): Work 8 sts of Chart B, SSK, work in pattern to end of row.
Continue in pattern as established, working decr row every 6th row 7 (7, 8, 8) times – 22 (25, 25, 29) sts.
Shape Right Shoulder: BO 5 (6, 6, 7) sts at beg of next 2 WS rows, then BO 4 (5, 5, 7) sts at beg of next WS row – 8 sts remain. Continue working Chart B for 20 (20, 22, 22) rows. Place these sts on holder.
Shape Left Front Neck: Return left front to needle and reattach yarn at neck edge. Pick up 1 st at center front neck, then work in pattern to end of row.
Next row (decr row): Work in pattern to 2 sts before marker, K2tog, work 8 sts of Chart B.
Continue in pattern as established, working decr row every 6th row 7 (7, 8, 8) times – 22 (25, 25, 29) sts.

Shape Left Shoulder: BO 5 (6, 6, 7) sts at beg of next 2 RS rows, then BO 4 (5, 5, 7) sts at beg of next RS row – 8 sts remain. Continue working Chart B for 20 (20, 22, 22) rows. Place these sts on holder.

Sleeves:
Using smaller needles, CO 35 (35, 41, 41) sts.
Row 1 (WS): P2, *K1, P2, rept from * to end of row.
Row 2 (RS): K2, *P1, K2, rept from * to end of row.
Rept these two rows until piece measures 2”, ending with a RS row.
Change to larger needles.
Next row: P2, [K1, P2 5 (5, 6, 6) times], M 1, * K1, P2, rept from * to end of row – 36 (36, 42, 42) sts.
Next row (RS): K2, [P1, K2 3 (3, 4, 4) times], PM, work 14 sts of Chart A, PM, * K2, P1, rept from * to last 2 sts, end K2.
Next row: P to marker, Work 14 sts from Chart A, P to end of row.
Continuing in pattern as established and incorporating added sts into pattern, incr 1 st at beg and end of every 4th row 10 (10, 9, 9) times, then every 6th row 9 (9, 9, 9) times – 76 (76 80, 80) sts.
Continue without shaping until sleeve measures 18” from beginning.
Maintaining pattern as established, BO 4 sts at beg of next 2 rows, then dec 1 st at beg and end of every RS row 4 (4, 6, 8) times – 60 (60, 60, 56) sts. BO remaining sts.

Finishing:
Sew back to front at shoulders.
Graft held stitches of cable extensions together using Kitchener stitch.
Sew cable extensions to back neck edge.
Sew sleeve caps to armholes.
Sew side and sleeve seams.
Weave in ends and block gently.
