Round 1: K the first round making sure to work the sts with a twist in the st and dropping the slip knot when you get to it.

Cuff:
Knit 3 rounds on all sts.
With CC K1 Rnd and then work 2 repeats of the loop stitch pattern.
Join MC, K1 Rnd, P1 Rnd, Bind off knitting the sts for the bind off.
Measure elastic to comfortably fit the wearer from heel over instep and mark where to sew after threading through the cuff.
Split the loops of the Loop St pattern and weave elastic through the Sts. Sew ends of elastic together being careful not to twist the elastic. This will be more comfortable for the wearer of the clogs.
Make the second Clog and give to the special child in your life!
