Eileen made this sleeve with less than one ball each of Fizz in two colors.
She used DP needles, size 6. Cast on top at 32 sts in 2/2 ribbing, work a cuff and slowly dec down to 20 sts at the wrist. Then do a quick increase to 32 sts for a few inches at the wrist.
