Materials:
3 - 50 gr balls Crystal Palace Fjord,
1 - 25 gr ball Crystal Palace Kid Merino,
Crystal Palace Bamboo Needles:
US #7 circular and 1 set #7 double points
1 stitch marker (or a loop of contrasting color yarn)
Color way #1: Fjord #4889 "teal lake", Kid Merino #9802 "ultra blues"
Color way #2: Fjord #4104 "lavender", Kid Merino #9800 "painted iris"Gauge: Approx. 5 st = 1" in K2, p2 rib, slightly stretched (with one strand each of Fjord and Kid Merino held together) on US #7 needles
Directions: CO 96 sts with one strand of Fjord and one strand of Kid Merino. Place stitch marker at beg of rnd.
Work k2, p2 rib until piece measures 6".
Shift stitch marker over one st to the left, so the rnd now begins on the 2nd knit st.
Dec Rnd: [k1 (p2, k2) 2x, p1, k2 tog] 8x.
Work 3 rnds as foll: [k1 (p2, k2) 2x, p1, k1] 8x.
